Hare

Hares belong to the Leporidae family and are similar to rabbits, but with distinct differences. They are larger, have longer ears, and possess more powerful hind legs. These characteristics allow hares to run at impressive speeds, making them adept at escaping predators. Unlike rabbits, hares are born fully furred and with open eyes, ready to fend for themselves almost immediately after birth. Found across Europe, Asia, and parts of Africa, hares adapt well to a variety of environments, from grasslands to deserts. Their diet mainly consists of grasses, herbs, and occasional twigs, which they forage with great efficiency.
