Swift

Swifts are remarkable birds belonging to the family Apodidae, known for their incredible aerial abilities and rapid flight. These small, streamlined birds are found on every continent except Antarctica and are renowned for spending the majority of their lives in the air. Swifts have long, slender wings and a forked tail, which aid in their agility and speed. They feed on flying insects and are known for their distinctive chirping calls. During the breeding season, swifts build their nests on cliffs, in caves, or on man-made structures, using saliva to glue materials together. Their exceptional flying skills and long migratory journeys make them a fascinating subject for ornithologists and bird enthusiasts alike.
