Stork

Storks are large, long-legged wading birds known for their graceful flight and strong, straight bills. Found across Europe, Africa, Asia, and parts of the Americas, these elegant birds are typically associated with wetlands, grasslands, and agricultural fields. Storks are mute, relying on bill-clattering for communication, especially during courtship. Many species are migratory, travelling vast distances between breeding and wintering grounds. Their nests, often built on tall structures like trees, cliffs, or rooftops, are reused and added to over many years.
