It's a bit of a long read (and contains some bad language) but I thought some of you may be interested in my trip report from October/November last year.
If you don't want to read the report just scroll to the bottom of the page and go to the links to the various photos (E.g. there's over 230 bird sp. illustrated).

I hope you enjoy it,
All the best,

Chris

Chris, as a Capetonian, really enjoyed your trip report. Would have liked to meet up with you and show you Forest Buzzards in Tokai Forest!

You should try Namibia, the Okavango Delta, and Mozambique sometime.

Great report, however. There is no place quite like northern Kruger, is there?

Thanks Margaret, those 3 are definitely on the list of targets.
We're off to India next year and to be honest, I'm not filled with the same level of excitement I get before an African jaunt.

Dear Chris,

Your photographs are excellent, what equipment do you use?

Kind regards,
Michael

Hi Michael, thanks for the kind words about the photos.

I'm using a Canon 1D MkIIN coupled to a Canon 500 f4 IS (occasionally with a Canon 1.4 t/c)
The wife is using a Canon 40D with Canon 100-400 IS and Sigma 17-70 lenses.
