Another way to see La Selva's birds is from a boat on the Napo River, scanning the treetops and overhanging branches along the riverbank and on the mid-river islands. The following birds were seen on one of these excursions. Yet again, photos tended to be of "good for ID" purposes, due to distance and a bucking boat.
