Some birders that are either not to familiar with their bird calls or are birding in an area they are not familiar with may come across bird sounds that they are unfamiliar with. In order to extend the services this site offers, we have introduced a free service to assist.

All you need to do is email us a clip of a recording that you have made and we will do our best to assist with an ID. If need be we will even send you sonograms of the call and possible alternatives to add weight to a positive ID.
